Trillium parviflorum

Small-Flowered Trillium, Trillium parviflorum, forms a clump of mottled leaves topped by a narrow petaled white flower 6 to 12" tall in spring.  Grow in moist to dry shade in humus rich soil.  Hardy to -10 degrees F.  Found in woodlands in a limited area in Northern Oregon and Southern Washington state.  Some botanists consider it to be indistinct from Trillium albidum.
