Howell’s Lewisia, Lewisia cotyledon var howellii, is a variety of Lewisia cotyledon found in the Siskiyou Mountains of NW California and SW Oregon.  Our plants are grown from seed collected by Alan Bradshaw in Shasta County, CA who describes them as “luxurious plants with long, undulate-margined leaves and numerous flower clusters of soft pink.”   Grow in gritty, well-drained soil in full to partial sun with low to moderate water.  Hardy to 0 degrees F.
