Androsace sempervioides 


This rock jasmine, Androsace sempervivioides, is a small rosette-forming alpine that spreads by sending out red tinted stolons to create a mat. It produces a showy display of pink, yellow centered, flowers in spring. 3” X 12”. Sun to part shade, gritty, sharply drained soil. Hardy to –30 degrees F.  Native to mountain forests and grassy slopes in the Himalaya and Asia. Primulaceae
