Charming, mat-forming subshrub with mid-green leaves and racemes of intensely blue flowers in summer.   3” high x 8” wide.   Grow in sun in poor to moderately fertile, well-drained soil.   Use in rock garden, raised bed or trough.  Native to the mountains of Europe. Zones 5-8.  Scrophulariaceae
