This group includes bulbs, corms and tubers. Many originate in Western Asia where winters are wet and summers are dry. This makes them ideal for areas where summer rainfall is limited. Depending on their cultural requirements, the small scale of dwarf bulbs work well in rock gardens, containers, raised beds and for naturalizing at lawn and garden edges.
Spring Bulbs are planted in the fall for flowers the following year.
