We ship to locations in the U.S.A. only.
We ship to West Coast locations throughout the year as the weather permits.
We ship to most other locations from Mid-March through October.
You know your climate better than we do, so please make a note of your preferred shipping month on the online order and we will do our best to accommodate you. This is particularly important for early season orders.
Our hardy plants are grown in the open or in unheated facilities. Some plants shipped during the winter months or early spring will be in varying degrees of dormancy.
Availability:
Plants available for mail order are indicated with an "Add
To Cart" button on our Mail Order Catalog pages. The catalog is updated periodically
during the season. Additional plants are available
at the nursery, many in larger size containers, and information about them can be found in our Plant
List. While we do not routinely ship larger
plants, special arrangements can be made by contacting
us.
Plant
Info:
We ship in pots that range in size from 2 1/4" to 4 1/2" in diameter. Since the pot size for a specific plant usually changes during the course of the season, we are unable to post that information on the website. Please e-mail us if you would like to know the current pot size for a specific plant.
When we receive a plant order, we select the best specimens available to ship. Plants are carefully wrapped
to prevent moisture loss during shipping and, in some
cases, excess soil is removed. Upon arrival, plants
should be unwrapped, watered, if needed, and placed in
a sheltered location if you are unable to plant immediately.
Shipping
Info:
Most orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail to locations in the U.S. Large Orders may be shipped via UPS.
The minimum shipping
& handling charge is $10. S/H charges are calculated
automatically during check-out. If you prefer expedited
shipping, please place your order online and include a
note requesting that we contact you regarding your shipping
needs. We will then contact you to arrange payment
of the additional shipping charges.
We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays in order to increase the likelihood
that you will receive your plants during the same week
they are mailed. In the event of extreme weather
conditions (heat or cold on either end), we may delay
shipment and will notify you by e-mail. On
the day of shipment, you will receive an e-mail with a
tracking number, if available. You can expect to
receive your plants within 2-5 days after the shipment
date.
Note Regarding Large Orders:
Orders over $100 may require additional shipping charges. Our online order system does not accurately calculate shipping charges on large orders. You may place and pay for your order online and we will send an email with the additional shipping charge information.
Returns/Credits:
We
want you to be 100% satisfied with every plant you purchase
from Wild Ginger Farm. If you are not
satisfied with any part of your order, please notify
us and we will
work with you to ensure your satisfaction. Please
do not return plants without prior authorization.

Paypal

by credit card, bank account or Paypal account.
You are charged the day the order is placed. If
you prefer, you may place your order by phone by calling 503-632-2338
